CritSnap is a lightweight feedback widget for websites, built for freelancers and small dev/design teams. Add one snippet and clients or teammates can capture screenshots, annotate them, and submit feedback right on the page โ€” no installs, no email attachments.

Feedback syncs directly to Jira, GitHub Issues, Trello, or Azure DevOps, so nothing gets lost between a client's comment and your ticket tracker. Email notifications are configurable and off by default.

Free plan: 1 project, 50 feedback items/month, 1 dashboard seat.

Pro ($19/month flat): unlimited projects and feedback, up to 5 team seats, no per-user pricing.

Anyone can submit feedback through the widget for free, on any plan. Seats only apply to people managing feedback in the dashboard.
