Know what you own, where it is, and whose it is. Photograph your stuff, AI names it, and your whole household can find anything. Free on iOS, Android and web.

This page is designed to help you find out whether Cratify is good and if it is the right choice for you.
Cratify is a home inventory app for knowing what you own: your possessions, your collections, and your household.
It started as a tool I built for my parents: decades of belongings spread across boxes, closets and a storage unit, and no easy way to find anything. I wanted something they could actually use: take a photo, let AI do the cataloging, done. It worked so well that I rebuilt it as a real app for anyone facing the same chaos.
How it works:
📷 Snap a photo. AI names the possession and suggests a category and tags. Multi-Scan finds up to 15 possessions in one photo of a shelf or drawer. 📦 Give everything a place: a location (house, storage unit, cabin), a room (garage, attic, basement) and a container (bin, box, shelf, drawer). Containers can sit inside other containers. 🔍 Search every location at once and see the full path to where something is. 👨👩👧 Share one inventory with the people you live with, view-only or edit, on every plan including the free one. Record who each possession belongs to, kids included. 🗂️ Build collections across rooms (holiday decorations, camping gear, a record collection) and send one as a PDF for insurance. 🏷️ Print a QR label for any container and scan it to see what's inside.
Built for real households: moving, garages and storage units, seasonal storage, insurance records, collections, and helping parents downsize.
Free forever for up to 250 possessions. Lifetime is one payment with no subscription. iOS, Android and the web.

Everyday homeowners and renters who want to know what they own and where it lives. Three core groups:
People in the middle of a move who want to track boxes without color-coded chaos Households organizing storage spaces, garages, basements, and seasonal bins Adult children helping parents downsize or transition between homes
Cratify uses AI to identify items from a photo and assigns them to boxes automatically — then generates printable QR code labels so you (or anyone you share with) can scan a box and instantly see what's inside. No more digging through bins or wondering what's in the storage unit. It's home inventory built for real households, not businesses.
Cratify started as a tool I built for my parents. They had decades of belongings spread across boxes, closets, and a storage unit — and no easy way to know what was where. I wanted something they could actually use: photograph an item, let AI handle the labeling, slap a QR code on the box, and never lose track of anything again. It worked so well for them that I rebuilt it as a real app for anyone facing the same kind of clutter, move, or life transition.
Most home inventory apps are either built for businesses (priced for businesses) or stuck in a dated UI from a decade ago. Cratify is consumer-first: friendly to set up, fast to use, and designed around real moments — moving day, decluttering a garage, helping parents downsize. The AI does the tedious cataloging work so you actually finish what you start. There's a generous free tier, and our paid plans cost less than a coffee a month.
React Native + Expo (cross-platform iOS and Android) TypeScript (strict mode) Firebase (Auth, Data Connect, Firestore, Cloud Storage) AI vision model for item identification Stripe and native App Store / Play Store billing for subscriptions
