  • Issue in remembering what services do in questions
This is what I did....lots of flash cards. I used cram.com, but most sites work. I strongly suggest making your own, though. Don't put everything on them, just put the things you're struggling with. It's way more efficient to just work on the areas you don't know than to spend ages reviewing facts you already know. • What helped you pass Solutions Architect?
I used Cantrill's course, TutorialDojo's practice exams, and cram.com for flash cards. I used the practice exams to help me identify where I was weak, and I'd go back and study those topics in more depth. Also, whenever I got a practice question wrong (or right only out of luck), I made up flash cards with whatever bits of information I was missing that would have helped me *know* what the right answer was. ... • How do u remember dates for history subjects
Use flashcards. I used cram.com and made a bunch of cards to memorise stats, dates and quotes. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Are grammar books a waste of time when you are at a certain level in a language?
I don't use Anki but I used to make my own flash cards when I first started using cram.com lol. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Failed CHMM
I made a set of flash cards at cram.com. These are from 2017 though, so I'm not sure if they're still applicable or if the test covers significantly different material now. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Jewels of Wisdom
I like anki a ton, but sometimes after I've finished learning a deck or want a little extra practice I like to use games. There is this game on cram.com called Jewels of Wisdom. It's a pretty fun candy crush like (although I've never played candy crush) game where in order to match jewels together you have to match the correct front with the correct back of the card. It's basically a matching game mixed with a... Source: about 2 years ago
  • Please help unlock this Cram.com essay! ($1.5 in return)
Hi, I need to access this essay on cram.com - cram.com/essay/Compare-And-Contrast-Vygotsky-And-Erikson-Theories/F3W36YLURE45 but I can't afford pay for the website subcription just for this single essay, especially when converted to my own currency. So if anyone out there has an account already, could you please download/ screenshot this essay for me and send it over? I can pay you $1.5 in return. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Am I ready for the exam?
3 - Go through the flash cards. I chose to build my flash deck in cram.com, and that worked really well for me. There is a "jewel quest" game that is basically a matching game, and that was good for building familiarity. Cram mode was really good for helping me identify what areas I was repeatedly missing, so I could review more. There is a mobile app, and you can pause in the middle of a review session, so it... • I just bombed my 2nd practice exam and my official exam is set for 12/3. AWS - SAA
Something else you can do - work on building a flash card deck out of your wrong answers (I've been using cram.com, but there are others). Writing down the correct answers helps them stick in your brain, and you can review specifically the stuff you haven't figured out (cram also has an app and a game you can use to help review). • What do you find desirable in a shorthand manual?
I prefer the to get the whole set of symbols in one go as well, and then the symbols can be explained more extensively in the lessons in drips as the author feels it's needed. But even better if there are fewer words of explanation but lots of examples. I tend to not read explanations unless the examples themselves don't immediately show me what the new principle is. I like to see what is done and then... Source: over 2 years ago
  • Is there a Leitner system application that allows you to use Google wavenet tts?
I like to use cram.com to prepare for my monthly German exams. This way I can learn a lot of vocabulary in a day. However, their tts is terrible. I also use Anki, which is great because an add-on allows you to use Google wavenet tts to generate mp3s for your vocabulary. Source: over 2 years ago
  • How should I learn new vocabulary?
Any ideas to make the process quicker? Is there an option for short-term learning in Anki? I've tried quizlet alternatives (memrise + cram.com) but they don't exactly fit the bill for me. I'm afraid to use a quizlet clone studylib.net or outlearn because they could (and let's be honest, probably will) shut down, meaning I would lose lots of valuable data. Thank you!
