This page is designed to help you find out whether Conversations is good and if it is the right choice for you.
Conversations is a practice environment for the conversations that matter at work and in life. Each practice runs as a room with up to five fictional people who hold their own positions, react to each other, and change with tone, timing, and pushback, so the learner practices the whole exchange, by voice or by text.
Coaching comes at three levels. In the moment, the Coach reflects on a specific turn. After the room, a debrief returns to the conversation as a whole. Across practices, Insights shows what repeats. Every piece of feedback points back to a moment in the room. It does not score the person.
The public catalogue holds dozens of crafted rooms across work, collaboration, social life, relationships, family, parenting, and care, plus open practice for a conversation of your own. Browse and set up any room without an account; membership opens live practice.
For organizations, Conversations runs as your own training with custom rooms and content, or embedded inside your products. Customer service, sales, and communications teams practice the conversations the business runs on.
