With backlog management, Scrum boards, reports, social feed, meetings and release management, Zoho Sprints aims to be a comprehensive solution for a Scrum team. It also has WIP limits and supports the Scrumban framework. Zoho Sprints has integrations with third party developer tools like Jenkins, Github, Gitlab and Bitbucket. It also integrates with Zoho Projects for a hybrid project management approach.

Support ticketing

SympoQ can be used as a back-end support ticketing software or as a front-end, full featured help desk system.
