What I learned is there is no sigle "Killer resume" because how the new recruitment process works. No human reviews our resumes, as most recruiter/companies use ATS bots to reject based on keywords. Tailor your resume for each job , use resume optimization tools like resumas.com or zety.com to customize your resume. Update your LinkedIn profile and make it visible to recruiters. As previously suggested, if the layout of your PDFs never changes (consistent column widths in tables and placement), you can use a zonal PDF parser like DocParser. Alternatively, an AI-powered parser may be a better choice. Source: over 3 years ago
