That's not a reddit a url. zendesk.com is the url, whatever the hell that is. Source: over 1 year ago
Had my new SSL delivered at around the same time as my old one expired and now I can't log in due to it having expired. Is there an alternative URL I can get to, to log in? I've tried zendesk.com and hoped for a backend route through there but no cigar. Source: over 1 year ago
Seven hours later and I have still not received a new email from "BOOXHelp help@boox.com via zendesk.com" (or other boox/onyx email). The last human-generated email I got from there was two days ago (Wed, Aug 31, 3:15 PM). Source: over 1 year ago
My way of doing marketing starts with figuring out what my overall project will (or will not) be. In this case, I looked at the vendors like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Help Scout. They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead. I prefer Kodi: https://kodi.tv/ It is free and open sourced and won't use DRM or phone home on you. Nothing comes out on DVD anymore, everything is Video Streaming paid per month or year. - Source: Hacker News / 1 day ago

Honestly? I use https://beets.io/ to organise all my FLAC on my NAS. I expose the /Music directory over NFC. I use https://kodi.tv/ to stream music to my amp. I manually pick the album I want to listen to. Kodi also has a fairly reasonable web UI. Keep it simple. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Do yourself a favor, get a shitty PC or raspberry pi, plug it into your TV, and install Kodi on it. Source: 11 months ago
Kodi sounds like what you're describing. You connect it to a tv and it can play media from your network, or use add-ons for internet streaming. I'm not sure if it includes the most popular streaming services, but I suppose you could use a browser for those. Source: 12 months ago
