I convert EPUBs to PDFs often with Zamar @ zamzar.com. You are limited to 2 or 3 free conversions per day. When you get to the site, note that "Convert to" format is found by having to scroll down a lot in column 2 under Document formats, which is below image types at the top of column. The specific target interview format I have in mind is via a shared, live editor (e.g. https://coderpad.io/) and a video link, lasting ~1hr. The practice format might be more like 45min for the interview followed by 15 - 30min for feedback and discussion.
