This strategy only works if you have enough confidence in your finances to know that if I gave you a card with 100k credit limit, you would never spend more on it than what you have in your bank and has been budgeted for. No shit. Honestly if you aren't using one of those price tracking extensions on Amazon you're doing it wrong. I use Keepa. It's amazing how many product prices are now a square wave.
