The forms are quite nice, they use a service through xtime.com that gave me real-time updates on the service and information about what they found; they gave me the normal carbon copy sheet as well. I can't say if the pdf I ripped the images from was generated directly through that service, though. I definitely don't have any complaints about their service, other than being blindsided by the extra issues. Source: over 3 years ago
Everytime I go and use the app and schedule maintainence, I get an email from the local dealership with my user name. The problem is I now have multiple user names. I'm not sure if all Hyundai dealerships use the same place (portal for mine is xtime.com). Source: almost 4 years ago

If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago

Hosting wise, I would reccomend pythonanywhere.com, combined with either https://imagekit.io or https://cloudinary.com. Source: over 3 years ago
