In addition to all the suggestions others have had around mac products, you may also be able to get your feet wet with some virtual cloud-based max solutions. MacinCloud and XcodeClub are both fairly inexpensive. Thereโs also MacStadium, but theyโre quite a bit more expensive. I know OVH and Hetzner gets mentioned a lot as European Cloud, but I thought I should bring UpCloud [1] for HN's attention.
