William Todd, the CEO and leader of the Writa project, wanted to start his personal branding journey after being in the business of marketing and sales for more than 5 years. At the start he didn't have time to write tweets for his twitter account while also recording, editing, and uploading daily videos on youtube and reels on Instagram.
That was when he reached out to me, Mohanad Rashad AKA Mo, to ghostwrite for him. William knew that I have been a writer for more than 10 years and had extensive experience in story telling and ghostwriting for public figures, so he entrusted me with writing for his brand.
However, during that time I was starting to question the morality of ghostwriting and I started to see it as disingenuous for both William's personality and his audience who thought they were in touch directly with William, but unknowingly, they were mostly talking with me instead.
Eventually, I reached out to William and opened up to him with my doubts and he completely agreed that he also wanted to connect more with his audience but felt his hands were tied due to him not having the time to personally run his Twitter account along with his other platforms.
That was when we decide to research opportunities to use AI to automate all the mundane operations that come with running a social media account while keeping communications and audience interactions fully organic and authentic. We shared our research online and our final founder Liam Loughy, a well established developer with extensive experience developing startup projects online, reached out to us expressing his full support for the idea and offering to lead our backend and frontend development for "Agent OS" later rebranded into "Writa AI".
Today, Liam has turned Writa into an absolute banger of an application with seamless UX filled to the brim extremely valuable features, as well as a stunning UI that was updated numerous time following input from our beta users leading to today's look. I've taking charge of the Writa branding to ensure we stay consistent and never lose sight of our original purpose and core value "Authenticity". While William has taking charge of the business aspect of sales, accounting, legalities, and much more.
