Https://wpcodebox.com/ better then Codesnippets. The developer is also nearing releasing a functionality that after you add all your snippets.. You can then export them all into a custom plugin. Pretty cool idea. Also, there is a cloud/community repo in the plugin for snippets other people have made and submitted. Source: almost 2 years ago
