While the basic setup is simple, configuring advanced settings such as custom caching or CDN requires a deeper understanding of the plugin, which may be challenging for non-technical users.
  • Plugin Conflicts
WP Super Cache may cause conflicts with some WordPress plugins, particularly those that generate dynamic content, requiring careful testing and monitoring.
  • Manual Cache Management
For websites frequently updated with new content, manual cache clearing may be necessary to ensure that new content is displayed, potentially adding to site maintenance efforts.

  • Limited Debugging Features
While it executes commands asynchronously, AsyncRun.vim does not inherently provide advanced debugging tools, which might necessitate additional plugins or external tools.

  • EmDash: A spiritual successor to WordPress and plugin security
I haven’t used Wordpress for a few years. But with WP Super Cache (1) we also always did pretty much that: On saving a post/page the static HTML would be written to a cache directory and be the default content served to visitors. • My must have WordPress plugins for 2024
For most servers I use WP Super Cache. Install and enable it. After that go into the Advanced settings and enable some of the other Recommended settings under Miscellaneous. Always click the "Delete Cache" button and test your page afterwards. If you run a LiteSpeed server you should use LiteSpeed Cache as an alternative. - Source: dev.to / almost 3 years ago

  • When creating a new window, can you open to the CWD in your terminal emulator of choice?
If you want to open a new terminal in the CWD of neovim, you couls either use neovim's built in terminal or, if it needa to be kitty, use the neovim AsyncRun-plugin and start kitty with the necessary command-line options to start in neovims's CWD(I uae this with Alacritty instead of Kitty). • How do you handle level productivity: autoformat, insert debug statement, execute file?
For running the file there are several tools. I have been using asynctasks.vim which is built on top of asyncrun.vim which I usually use to open a tmux pane and run the code/test. I've been looking at switching to overseer.nvim but haven't yet. I use justfiles to define all of my tasks. Source: over 3 years ago
  • How do you guys run the code you write with vim?
I can :Man blah to look up docs or :AsyncRun to build/run with jumpable output in the quickfix. Doing it within vim means I can pull from any register for pasting, yank without a mouse, hide buffers or move them to tabs, etc. Source: over 3 years ago
