Every pick for every NHL game is locked about 15 minutes before puck drop, graded automatically against the official final score the next morning (overtime and shootouts included), and committed to a public, timestamped GitHub archive, so the track record can be verified rather than taken on trust.

Picks are shown with a confidence tier (Slight Lean, Confident, Strong, Lock) instead of a raw number, and the same model powers a run-any-matchup calculator with goalie selection, a full-slate parlay play and goalscorer picks. It has run live since the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

WP Hockey Predictor was built by WP North Entertainment Group Ltd. (Ontario, Canada) and went live during the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The idea was simple: publish a model's pick for every game before it starts, grade it against the official result, and keep the whole record where anyone can check it. Public confidence tiers replaced raw probabilities, the pick archive moved to GitHub for third-party timestamps, and a free iOS app followed in July 2026. A sister product, WP Baseball Predictor, covers MLB.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?
