Workiz changed our daily work. Before, we had a lot of missed calls, texts, and last-minute changes. Now everything is automated, and calendar works as we need it to. Workiz has been steadily improving and works well for my business. A complaint I do have is that atleast once a month around noon, the servers go down - Our phones are unreachable, and job info is unattainable for the time being. No refunds or help is given after the fact, and it happens often. This is something that has been happening for all of 2025.
