In practice - no. There's Darling https://darlinghq.org/ but it only supports basic cli things for now. There was some idea for gui support https://github.com/darlinghq/darling-appkit-gui but that is not working and the project is very incomplete. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Not really possible (yet). Darling tries to do this, but so far it can mainly just run some command-line Darwin software (the open source part of Apple's OSes). Some simple GUI apps too, but you won't be running something like Xcode on Linux any time soon. Source: over 3 years ago
