Your own ServiceNow, Zapier, and Agent plugins. Inside WordPress. No SaaS in the middle.
Three plugins that work together — plus an open-source runner: a visual automation engine, an AI agent that drives it through natural language, and a low-code platform to build apps on top. Self-hosted. Source-available to licensees.

Setyenv's answer:
WordPress and PHP as the core platform, with a Rust-based remote executor for the heavier execution work. The stack includes a low-code data layer, a visual workflow engine, and AI agent integration. Everything runs self-hosted.
Setyenv's answer:
It's the only WordPress-native platform that combines a versioned data layer, a visual workflow/automation engine, and AI agents in one self-hosted stack. WordPress has plugins for each piece separately, but nothing that brings business process mapping, ITSM-style management, data and automation together natively, with everything staying on your own server. Think of it as a ServiceNow-style approach, but self-hosted and running on WordPress.

Setyenv's answer:
Data sovereignty and integration. Tools like n8n or Zapier automate but have no data layer; helpdesk plugins manage tickets but don't automate or hold structured data; ServiceNow does it all but is heavy and enterprise-priced. Setyenv keeps everything self-hosted on your own infrastructure, with data, workflows and agents talking to each other natively, no external services holding your data. It's for people who want that power without sending their data to a third party.
Setyenv's answer:
Agencies and freelancers managing multiple WordPress/WooCommerce clients, small-to-mid MSPs, boutique ITSM/ServiceNow consultancies, and technically-minded teams who need process automation and a management layer but can't justify enterprise ITSM pricing. It takes a fairly high-level approach to process mapping and automation, so it suits people with some ITIL or ITSM background, not casual blog users.
Setyenv's answer:
Setyenv was born out of a search. We combed the public WordPress repositories for a product that would bring all of this functionality together, and we simply couldn't find one. The frustration of stitching together different tools, none of which were built around business process mapping and automation, made it clear that this was a real gap in the platform, one that needed to be filled. So we set out to fill it ourselves.
