If on wordpress, use the free version of wordfence.com to scan your site and identify possible viruses. Continue to use wordfence to protect the site, and if a successful business blossoms, consider the premium paid version. I am assuming you are referring to using Amazon S3 to serve a static website. You cannot run plausible in this mode because it needs to be able to write to a database. You cannot do with the S3 Static website. If you are just starting up and not expecting too much traffic you can try splitbee - https://splitbee.io/.
