WonderGuest combines a digital welcome booklet with a built-in guest monetization layer. Most guidebook tools stop at sharing information; WonderGuest lets hosts sell extras directly to guests (late checkout, cleaning, local experiences) through an integrated store with Stripe payments. Guests access everything via a simple QR code: no app to download, no account to create with content automatically translated into their language.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Because it turns a cost center into a revenue stream. Competitors offer static guidebooks; WonderGuest adds upsells, partner offers, and payments on top, so the tool pays for itself. It's also built for the way hosts actually work: modular booklets you set up once and duplicate across properties, iCal sync with Airbnb and Booking.com, and a guest experience that works instantly on any phone. Designed by a product designer with 15 years of UX experience it shows in the details.

What's the story behind your product?

WonderGuest was founded by Alexandre Pidault, a French product designer with 15 years of experience in SaaS and fintech. After seeing how short-term rental hosts juggled PDFs, laminated sheets, and endless repeated guest messages, he built a tool that centralizes the guest experience and went further by giving hosts a way to monetize it. Bootstrapped and built solo from Bordeaux, France.
