Willbi ranks roles by how well they fit your CV and explains why, so you get a shortlist instead of a feed. It then removes the second cost of applying: one click produces a CV tailored to that specific role, keeping every fact from your real experience and changing only emphasis, order and wording, and you can refine it by chat before downloading. Browsing and match scores are free and need no account.

Willbi came out of a specific frustration with job hunting in Israeli high-tech: most of the effort goes into reading listings that were never a fit, and then rewriting the same CV for the ones that are. Both are tasks a machine can do better than a person doing them at eleven at night. Willbi started as a way to collect every newly published Israeli tech role in one place, judge each one against a real CV rather than against keywords, and then produce the tailored application in a single step.
