I do! I also went from Winamp to Foobar 2000 for a few years. Then I discovered a modern patch set for the final Winamp called Wacup, and now I'm back to daily driving that instead. :) https://getwacup.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
> modern equivalent of the classic WinAmp that runs on Windows WACUP โ originally Win Amp Community Update Project, although they have distanced themselves from any mention of the original for legal reasons. It's literally Winamp, and it rules: https://getwacup.com/ Get the 32-bit version for now if you want to use the "Modern" (Winamp 3/5) skinning engine that has not yet been ported to the 64-bit ver. Worth it... - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I've been using WACUP, it's really good: https://getwacup.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
I use the community update of Winamp, WACUP, and it's excellent. I've tried other media players but always come back here. I'm not even one of those people who likes the shitty visualisations, I just think the interface works perfectly. https://getwacup.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Yep that started recently. I found a solution with the add-on Modify Header Value (HTTP Headers) , you need to add two rules:. Source: about 3 years ago
Going off of what a user said in the comments of another post complaining about this, you can get the old behaviour back by modifying the request headings. I've managed to do this using a Chrome extensions called Modify Header Value (HTTP Headers) (it's also available on Firefox, Opera, and Edge) and added a rule with the following parameters. To change user agent on fenix (nighlty ,using custom collection )I use https://mybrowseraddon.com/modify-header-value.html It can also modify other header parameters . Source: over 4 years ago
I ve had same problem as you if u use fenix u can solve it by using nightly and change userAgent in about:config (general.useragent.override) or install https://mybrowseraddon.com/modify-header-value.html (Modify Header Value (HTTP Headers) and change user agent per site basis.
