Overall verdict

  • I don't have verified, up-to-date information about vuln0x.com to confirm whether it is legitimate, trustworthy, or effective. I cannot find reliable details about its ownership, security practices, user reviews, or track record, so I can't respond with confidence to whether it's 'good.' Before using it, especially for anything security-related, verify its legitimacy through independent reviews, check domain registration history, look for transparent company information, and see if it has a track record with known cybersecurity communities.

Why this product is good

  • No verifiable public information found about this specific service's features, reputation, or track record
  • Security/vulnerability-related tools require extra scrutiny since they may request sensitive access or data
  • Cannot confirm legitimacy, ownership transparency, or user satisfaction without independent verification

Recommended for

  • Not recommended without independent research first
  • Users should check domain age, WHOIS data, and third-party reviews before trusting this service
  • Security professionals should verify credentials and community reputation before granting any access or sharing data

Overall verdict

  • SQL Shot (W3Schools) is a solid, beginner-friendly tool for practicing and testing SQL knowledge quickly, though it's not a comprehensive substitute for full database courses or advanced professional training.

  • Interactive quiz format helps reinforce SQL concepts through active recall
  • Good for quick self-assessment of SQL knowledge level
  • Backed by W3Schools' extensive SQL tutorial content for reference
  • Low time commitment makes it easy to fit into a learning routine

  • Job seekers reviewing SQL before technical interviews
  • Self-learners wanting quick knowledge checks
  • Anyone already using W3Schools tutorials for structured practice

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Vuln0x and SQL Shot.

What makes your product unique?

Vuln0x's answer

Most security tools require expertise to configure and interpret. Vuln0x combines 40+ automated scanners with Sentinel, an autonomous AI pentester that uses real Kali Linux tools controlled entirely through natural language. No security background needed. Just type what you want to test, and Sentinel handles the rest.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Vuln0x's answer

Traditional pentests cost $5K–$30K and take weeks. Enterprise scanners like Burp Suite or Qualys require trained security engineers. Vuln0x delivers both automated scanning and AI-driven pentesting in minutes, starting free with a Pro plan at just $29/mo. It's built specifically for developers, not security teams.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Vuln0x's answer

Developers and indie hackers shipping web apps with AI coding tools like Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Replit, and v0. They build fast but don't have security expertise or budget for manual pentests. Vuln0x gives them enterprise-grade security scanning without the enterprise price tag.

What's the story behind your product?

Vuln0x's answer

AI coding tools made it possible to build apps in hours but they also introduced a wave of insecure code hitting production. As a developer, I saw the gap: everyone was shipping faster than ever, but nobody was checking for vulnerabilities. I built Vuln0x to be the security layer that AI-era developers are missing. Bootstrapped, solo-built, and laser-focused on making security accessible to every developer.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Vuln0x's answer

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HeroUI, Supabase, Vercel, Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Railway, Fly, Kali Linux, Docker

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Vuln0x's answer

Indie developers shipping side projects Small dev teams using AI coding assistants Freelancers delivering client projects Early-stage startups without dedicated security teams
