SwiftReporter is the high-velocity alternative to legacy "All-in-One" inspection suites. We are built for the modern inspector who values speed, efficiency, and flexibility over bloated features and expensive contracts.

Most inspection software is stuck in the desktop eraโ€”bundling mediocre calendars and CRMs with slow reporting tools. We take a different approach: The Specialist Stack.

We focus 100% on building the world's fastest mobile reporting engine. We integrate natively with Square to handle your booking, contracts, and payments for freeโ€”giving you Fortune 500-level business tools without the proprietary software markup.

Why Switch to SwiftReporter? 1. A Powerful AI Suite: We use advanced AI to eliminate the most tedious parts of the job.

AI Template Builder: Don't start from scratch. Upload your old PDF reports (from any software), and our AI will reconstruct your template in seconds.

Smart Comment Generation: Stuck on a defect phrasing? Our AI refines your rough notes into professional, liability-conscious narratives instantly.

Voice-to-Pro: Dictate your findings, and let the engine clean up the slang and shorthand.

  1. Mobile-First & Offline Ready SwiftReporter isn't a website wrapped in an app; it's native mobile code.

Inspect Anywhere: Full offline capability for data entry in basements, crawlspaces, and rural areas.

Dark Mode: Optimized for low-light environments to save battery and reduce eye strain.

Speed: Zero latency when swiping through sections or adding photos.

  1. Zero-Overhead Pricing We believe you shouldn't pay for software when you aren't working.

Pay-Per-Report ($12.99): No monthly fees. Perfect for startups, part-timers, or multi-inspector firms scaling up.

Unlimited Pro ($39/mo): The best value in the industry for high-volume inspectors.

Stop typing. Start inspecting. Join the movement away from bloatware and experience the speed of SwiftReporter.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing VS Code and SwiftReporter.

What makes your product unique?

SwiftReporter's answer:

SwiftReporter is the only "Specialist Stack" platform in the home inspection industry.

While legacy competitors try to be "All-in-One" ecosystems (forcing you to pay for mediocre CRMs and calendars), we focus entirely on being the world's fastest mobile reporting engine.

We are unique in three specific ways:

The "Anti-Bloat" Architecture: We integrate natively with Square for your booking, contracts, and payments. You get Fortune 500-level business tools for free, while SwiftReporter handles the inspection logic. This eliminates the "software tax" of paying for features you don't need.

AI-First Workflow: We don't just add AI as a gimmick. Our "Voice-to-Pro" engine and AI Template Builder are designed to eliminate manual typing entirely, allowing inspectors to finish reports on-site rather than at the dinner table.

Zero-Risk Pricing: We are one of the few platforms to offer a true Pay-Per-Report ($12.99) model alongside our Unlimited plan. This allows new inspectors to start a business with zero monthly overhead.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SwiftReporter's answer:

Here is a persuasive answer that contrasts the "Old Way" (Competitors) with the "New Way" (SwiftReporter). This is designed to convert a reader who is on the fence.

Choose SwiftReporter if you are tired of the "All-in-One" Trap.

Most competitors in this space function like "walled gardens." They force you to pay premium subscriptions ($70-$120/mo) for a bundled suite containing a mediocre calendar, a basic CRM, and a slow report writer. You pay for features you rarely use.

SwiftReporter is different because we respect your overhead and your time:

The "Specialist" Advantage: We don't try to reinvent the calendar. We integrate natively with Square (for free) to handle your business admin better than any inspection software could. You get world-class booking and payments, and you only pay us for the inspection engine.

True Mobile Speed: Competitors are often "web apps" wrapped in a shell, meaning they lag when you lose cell service. SwiftReporter is Native Mobile Code. It is blazing fast, 100% offline-capable, and designed to handle thousands of photos without crashing.

Freedom of Choice: We are the only major platform that doesn't force a subscription. With our Pay-Per-Report option, new inspectors or part-timers don't bleed cash during slow months.

In short: Choose competitors if you want an expensive "all-in-one" ecosystem. Choose SwiftReporter if you want the fastest report writer on the market, period.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SwiftReporter's answer:

SwiftReporter is designed for Residential and Commercial Home Inspectors.

Our primary audience consists of modern, tech-forward professionals who conduct inspections primarily on mobile devices/tablets and require offline functionality. We serve two distinct segments:

High-Volume Firms: Who need the fastest reporting engine to increase daily throughput.

New & Part-Time Inspectors: Who utilize our Pay-Per-Report model to eliminate overhead costs while building their client base.

While our core user base consists of Residential and Commercial Home Inspectors, our modular "Specialist Stack" architecture allows us to serve complex, high-volume sectors including:

Public Housing & Government: For large-scale asset audits and compliance reporting.

Facilities & Asset Management: For ongoing maintenance inspections and condition assessments.

Strata & Real Estate Portfolios: For property managers requiring rapid, standardized reporting across hundreds of units.

Whether you are a solo operator needing a simple mobile tool or a national agency needing a scalable, offline-first data collection platform, SwiftReporter adapts to your workflow.

What's the story behind your product?

SwiftReporter's answer:

The Story Behind SwiftReporter SwiftReporter started the way all great tools should: With a frustrated friend and a simple question.

The spark began with Stephen Sazdanoff-Haynes, a skilled software developer (and part-time cat wrangler). He kept hearing his mate Connor, a veteran building inspector, complain about the existing software on the market. Connor was tired of the inefficiency, the complexity, and the endless "bloat" that slowed him down on site.

Stephenโ€™s response was simple: "I could build something better."

Working directly alongside Connor, Stephen built the first version of the "Specialist Stack"โ€”software that stripped away the clutter to focus entirely on the boots-on-the-ground needs of the inspector.

The project evolved into a company over Christmas lunch at the beach. Stephen shared the tool with his friend Evan Sutterโ€”a three-time founder, best-selling author, and wellbeing consultant known for his work on minimalism and focus. Evan saw the potential immediately: Here was a tool that didn't just write reports; it gave inspectors their time back.

Four coffees later, a partnership was formed.

Our Mission: End the "All-in-One" Trap. Today, SwiftReporter is the direct answer to the "bloatware" taking over the industry. While competitors race to build expensive, locked-in ecosystems that force you to pay for mediocre calendars and banks, we chose a different path.

We don't build calendars. We don't build banks. We build the fastest reporting engine on earth.

By integrating with world-class tools like Square for the business side, and using advanced AI for the reporting side, we stay true to the values that built us: See a problem. Build something better.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SwiftReporter's answer:

Primary Technologies Square API: Used for the entire business backend (Payments, Invoicing, Scheduling, Client CRM). This is your key differentiator.

OpenAI (GPT-4): The engine behind "Voice-to-Pro," the "Template Builder," and "Smart Comment Generation."

Computer Vision / Machine Learning: Used for the automated defect recognition in photos.

Native iOS & Android SDKs: (Swift/Kotlin). Important to list this to prove you are not a "Web Wrapper" or PWA.

Offline-First Database: (Sync engine). Ensures functionality without internet.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

SwiftReporter's answer:

SwiftReporter powers a diverse range of property sectors, scaling from independent operators to national organizations.

Beyond our core base of Residential Home Inspectors, our platform is the trusted data-collection engine for:

Government & Public Housing Agencies: Who utilize our offline-first architecture for large-scale asset audits and compliance reporting across thousands of units.

Facilities Management Firms: Who rely on our speed for ongoing commercial maintenance inspections.

Strata & Real Estate Groups: Who use our scalable templates for standardized entry/exit condition reports across large property portfolios.
