As answered by people managing VS Code and Klunivo.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo is currently in its early commercial stage, so customer names are not yet publicly disclosed.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo combines the day-to-day operations of a sports club in one platform: members, parents and children, groups, schedules, memberships, payments, attendance, communication, documents, and events. It is designed around the real workflows of clubs running recurring group classes rather than being a generic CRM adapted to sports.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo focuses on simplicity, practical automation, and the complete club workflow. Instead of managing schedules in one tool, payments in another, attendance in spreadsheets, and communication through messaging apps, clubs can manage everything from one system. It is especially well suited for organizations working with groups, memberships, children and parents.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo is built primarily for sports clubs and organizations running recurring group classes, typically with dozens or hundreds of members. This includes martial arts academies, BJJ and MMA clubs, dance schools, swimming schools, gymnastics and acrobatics clubs, football academies, Pilates and yoga studios, and other sports or activity-based organizations.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo started after seeing the same operational problems repeatedly in sports clubs: unpaid memberships, manual payment tracking, schedules managed in spreadsheets, attendance recorded separately, documents scattered across different tools, and owners answering the same questions through WhatsApp and Messenger. The idea was simple: let coaches focus on coaching while the system handles more of the administrative work.
Klunivo's answer:
Klunivo is built using a modern web stack including Next.js and React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, PostgreSQL as the database, and Prisma for data access. The platform is deployed using Vercel and Railway and integrates with services such as Stripe and Resend.
