Best note taking plugins for vim
I write notes in plain markdown and use VOoM (Vim Outliner of Markups) to help navigate & manage sections. Not the trendiest plugin but it's super stable, supports a wide range of markup formats (markdown, wiki, vimwiki, org, fmr, latex, asciidoc, etc.), and has intuitive keybindings. What do ya'll typically use to write with?
My go-to suggestions for free are Quoll Writer or Smart Edit Writer for things with a lot of the functionality of Scrivener, without the clutter or price tag, or Wavemaker if you want heavier planning tools (plot cards, time line, database etc). Source: over 2 years ago

What is something that is super cheap, but vastly improves your quality of life?
