Vizivo is an AI-powered document generator built for UK small businesses.

Most AI tools start from zero every conversation. You re-explain your rates, your VAT position, your audience and your tone every single time. Vizivo doesn't. You profile your business once (or simply paste your website and it reads it), and that becomes your Business Memory: a durable record of who you are, what you sell and how you sound.

From then on, every document arrives already personalised. Fourteen tools cover the documents a small business actually runs on: invoices, quotes, sales proposals, business plans, marketing plans, job descriptions, RFPs and responses, privacy policies, terms and conditions, budgets and website copy. Documents connect too: an accepted quote becomes the matching invoice in one click, with totals recalculated.

Everything is built around UK conventions rather than generic US defaults: VAT-aware totals, British English, and UK legal and business norms. Guided journeys sequence the right documents in the right order, and export is a finished, formatted PDF or Word file, not a wall of chat text.

Free plan includes 30 credits a month with no card required. Paid plans from ยฃ9/month.

Vizivo features and specs

  • Business Memory
Profile your business once, or paste your website and Vizivo reads it. Every document after that uses your rates, VAT position, services and tone of voice without you retyping them.
  • 14 UK business document tools
Invoices, quotes, sales proposals, business plans, marketing plans, job descriptions, RFPs and responses, privacy policies, terms and conditions, budgets and website copy.
  • Built for UK conventions
VAT-aware totals, British English, and UK legal and business norms by default, rather than US templates adapted after the fact.
  • Finished PDF and Word exports
Documents export as formatted PDF or Word files with page numbers and consistent typography, not chat text you have to reformat. Paid plans remove the watermark and apply your brand colour.
  • Guided journeys
Pick an outcome and Vizivo sequences the right documents in the right order. Launch a Business, Win More Clients and Get Compliant (UK), with everything a journey produces kept together in one project.
  • Quote to invoice in one click
An accepted quote becomes the matching invoice with totals recalculated, so the figures cannot drift between the two documents.

assertpy features and specs

  • Fluent API
Assertpy offers a fluent API that makes assertions more readable and expressive, enabling developers to write assertions in a natural language style that is easy to understand.
  • Chainable Assertions
It allows for chainable assertions, enabling multiple checks to be performed in a single line of code, thereby reducing verbosity and enhancing clarity.
  • Comprehensive Assertion Methods
The library provides a wide range of built-in assertion methods, catering to various types of data validations, such as checking for size, type, value, and more.
  • Extensibility
Assertpy supports extending its functionality by defining custom assertions, allowing developers to tailor it to their specific needs.
  • Pythonic
Designed with Pythonic principles in mind, Assertpy fits seamlessly into Python projects, enabling idiomatic and consistent code style.

Possible disadvantages of assertpy

  • Learning Curve
Developers new to the library may encounter a learning curve due to the distinct approach of using fluent and chainable assertions as opposed to traditional methods.
  • Limited by Python Version
The library may have limitations in terms of compatibility with older versions of Python, requiring users to ensure their environment is up-to-date.
  • Performance Overhead
The additional abstraction layer introduced by a fluent interface might introduce some performance overhead, especially in performance-critical or resource-constrained environments.
  • Less Community Support
Compared to more established testing libraries, Assertpy might have less community support and fewer resources available for resolving issues or getting help.
  • Dependency Management
Using a third-party library introduces additional dependencies to manage, which could complicate project maintenance and compatibility.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Vizivo and assertpy.

What makes your product unique?

Vizivo's answer

Business Memory. You profile your business once, or paste your website and Vizivo reads it, and from then on every document is written with your rates, VAT position, services and tone already in place. Most AI writing tools start from an empty context every session, so you re-explain your business each time. Vizivo also finishes the job: documents come out as formatted PDF or Word files, not as text in a chat window you still have to lay out.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Vizivo's answer

If you need one-off text, general AI chat is cheaper and more flexible, and you should use that. Vizivo is for the documents a UK small business produces repeatedly: invoices, quotes, proposals, business plans, terms and conditions, privacy policies.

Three things differ. It remembers your business between documents. It applies UK conventions by default, including VAT-aware totals, British English and UK legal norms, rather than US templates you adapt afterwards. And documents connect, so an accepted quote becomes the matching invoice with the totals recalculated.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Vizivo's answer

UK small businesses: sole traders, freelancers, consultants and small agencies. Anyone who writes their own invoices, quotes, proposals and policies instead of having a finance team, a lawyer or a marketing department.

Newly formed limited companies especially, because incorporation is immediately followed by needing a business plan, terms and conditions, a privacy policy and a first invoice.

What's the story behind your product?

Vizivo's answer

Vizivo started from a straightforward frustration: general AI tools are good at writing and bad at remembering. Every session began by re-explaining the same business details, and the output still needed reformatting before it could go to a client.

Vizivo was built around the opposite idea. Tell it about your business once, and it produces finished documents from then on. It is built and run in the UK by Vizivo Technologies Ltd, company number 17345034, designed for UK conventions rather than a US product with the currency switched.
