Lua is quite small, encouraging distros to include it. The ubuntu gvim has, and the gvim AppImage linked from vim.org does. The default Makefile from github is set up to not include it, but you can uncomment one line there to get it. Source: over 3 years ago
I've not used vimwiki locally (tho I'm old enough to remember the Vim wiki on vim.org :), but I think what you are wanting to do is extend vimwiki's syntax file. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. I have used handy.com before. They were great. Assembled a bed I bought from Wayfair. Not sure if they would do delivery but they have moving services. Source: over 3 years ago
I rent a two-story house in Phoenix, Arizona. Looking to save some money on my power bill, back in early August I hired a contractor through handy.com to replace my existing two thermostats with Nest smart learning thermostats. Source: over 3 years ago
Your other option is to go ahead and pay someone to install a new one. You could use a website like thumbtack.com or handy.com to get a quote. Source: almost 4 years ago
