Lua is quite small, encouraging distros to include it. The ubuntu gvim has, and the gvim AppImage linked from vim.org does. The default Makefile from github is set up to not include it, but you can uncomment one line there to get it. Source: over 3 years ago
I've not used vimwiki locally (tho I'm old enough to remember the Vim wiki on vim.org :), but I think what you are wanting to do is extend vimwiki's syntax file. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. This Christmas, I got the Go Cube as a gift for my 8 yo son but Iโve been hogging it and itโs been a ton of fun. Source: over 3 years ago
In 1981 I could solve my original Rubik's Cube in 75 seconds. I thought that was pretty good, then a teenager friend of the family did it in 45 seconds. I can remember doing the top and middle level, but I need to re-memorize the moves for the different patterns on the bottom. Several years ago, I bought one on a Kickstarter for Go Cube.
