Gempix2's answer:
Dual Intelligence Engine Unlike most AI art platforms that rely on a single model, Gempix2 integrates Nano Banana 2 and Gemini inference systems, combining speed, realism, and style versatility in one place.
Real-Time Smart Editing Gempix2 doesnโt stop at generating images โ it lets users edit, refine, and reimagine them on the fly. You can change composition, tweak details, or keep a character consistent across scenes, all powered by AI.
High-Fidelity Style Control From cinematic realism to hand-drawn anime, Gempix2 offers fine-grained control over styles, lighting, and tone. The model actually โunderstandsโ artistic direction rather than just mimicking patterns.
Gempix2's answer:
Superior prompt-understanding + generation quality Gempix2 claims to be powered by โNano Banana 2โ (and tied into the Gemini ecosystem) which it says gives it โnext-gen image quality, smart editing, prompt intelligenceโ.
This means if you care about fidelity to your idea, detail, composition, and style control, Gempix2 aims to outperform generic generators that struggle with nuance.
End-to-end generation + editing workflow Unlike some tools that focus only on text โ image generation, Gempix2 emphasises both creation and refinement (editing, style tweaks, multi-image context).
So if your workflow includes both ideation and iteration (e.g., โgenerate, then refineโ), Gempix2 may give more integrated support.
Multi-image context / consistency across frames One strong differentiator: Gempix2 highlights features such as multiple-reference input and โcharacter consistencyโ across scenes.
For creators doing series of visuals (for example brand characters, campaign sequences, storyboards) this is a major plus.
Gempix2's answer:
Creators and Designers People who use visuals to express ideas โ digital artists, illustrators, concept designers, and storytellers โ who want a tool that can quickly turn imagination into refined, high-quality visuals without heavy manual work.
Marketing and Branding Teams Professionals who need to create promotional materials, social media posts, campaign images, and product visuals that maintain style consistency and brand alignment across many assets.
Content Creators and Influencers Those producing daily visual content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). They benefit from Gempix2โs ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping visuals in seconds.

Lua is quite small, encouraging distros to include it. The ubuntu gvim has, and the gvim AppImage linked from vim.org does. The default Makefile from github is set up to not include it, but you can uncomment one line there to get it. Source: over 3 years ago
I've not used vimwiki locally (tho I'm old enough to remember the Vim wiki on vim.org :), but I think what you are wanting to do is extend vimwiki's syntax file. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. Then everytime you open a vimwiki file it should apply your... Source: over 3 years ago
Vim.org has 242k total visitors, tailwindcss.com has 4.4m, planetscale.com has 412k, jpl.nasa.gov has 2.6m, all built with Tailwind, all several years younger than Vim's website. Unnecessary comparison, unnecessary defence. It's a valuable tool, fine, but a complete disregard for anyone who doesn't love a crappy website and would like to navigate a website like a normal human is not something to be defended. Maybe... I write in Vim with some customizations in my vimrc to gear it more towards prose writing than code editing. It's not pretty, but Normal Mode and Ex commands are the most powerful text editing tools out there, so that means I spend less time on making corrections and other edits. Source: over 4 years ago
