Lua is quite small, encouraging distros to include it. The ubuntu gvim has, and the gvim AppImage linked from vim.org does. The default Makefile from github is set up to not include it, but you can uncomment one line there to get it. Source: over 3 years ago
I've not used vimwiki locally (tho I'm old enough to remember the Vim wiki on vim.org :), but I think what you are wanting to do is extend vimwiki's syntax file. I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. My wife does Chatbooks. For $10/mo you get a 30 page 5x5 inch booklet. It forces a monthly cleanout of the bad takes and preserves the best of the best in print. The kids absolutely love them too. Source: about 3 years ago
For the last few months, we've seen an issue where our statically generated pages at chatbooks.com would show a brief FOMC (Flash of Mobile Content) before rendering the desktop version. This was especially distracting as we use a considerably different Navbar between mobile and desktop (logo moves, hamburger menu vs supermenu, etc) and so the flash is QUITE noticeable. - Source: dev.to / about 4 years ago
