Onboard Guest
Short-term rental hosts answer the same questions every stay. Where is the Wi-Fi, how do I get in, what time is checkout, where do I park. staymanual ends that.
You write one guide per property and print one QR code. The guest scans it and the manual opens on their own phone, in their own language, with no app to download and nothing to log into. Update the guide any time; the QR code never changes, only what is behind it. It also prints as a tidy PDF booklet to leave in the property.

StayManual.app's answer:
The Call Host button is the big one. Most guest-manual tools give guests a single phone number. staymanual lets you build a small roster, owner, co-host, cleaner, night cover, each with their own days and hours, and guests reach whoever is actually on duty at that moment. A question at 11pm goes to the night cover, not your bedside table. No other guidebook tool we know of puts a schedule behind the contact button.
Beyond that:

Where staymanual tends to win:
It's free for one property with no card on file, so the honest answer is: run it next to whatever you use now and keep the one your guests actually read.
StayManual.app's answer:
Anyone hosting a short-term rental who answers the same questions every stay:
If you need booking sync or channel management, staymanual is not that. It sits alongside those tools and does the guest-facing part well.
StayManual.app's answer:
The founder watched hosts he knows answer the same handful of questions every single stay. Where is the Wi-Fi, how does the gate work, can I arrive late, what time is checkout. The answers always existed, in a binder, in old messages, on a laminated sheet, just never where the guest was standing when the question came up.
staymanual is the fix: write the guide once, print one QR code, and every answer is on the guest's phone, in their own language. It is built by a tiny team that hosts talk to directly, so feedback lands with the person who builds the thing.
