RapidMule's answer:
We are a B2B business and targeting B2C companies, such as e-commerce. Also, we are a great platform for employee engagement.
RapidMule's answer:
RapidMule was born from a simple observation: most loyalty programs fail to truly engage people. They rely on points and discounts, but they donโt tap into emotion, recognition, and a sense of progress, which keep customers coming back. As co-founders of RapidMule and former leaders in the sports vertical, weโd seen firsthand how gamification could turn passive users into passionate communities. Also, we saw how difficult it was for businesses outside gaming to implement these mechanics without huge costs, long development times, or deep behavioral design expertise. So, we set out to build RapidMule to make gamification-based loyalty accessible to any business. We designed it to launch in days, integrate with existing systems, and deliver measurable improvements in loyalty, lifetime value, and engagement.
RapidMule's answer:
We mainly used Microsoft technologies such as C#.NET and Azure to build RapidMule.
