HRAReceipt.in is a privacy-first Indian web tool for generating tax-compliant PDF documents - HRA rent receipts (Form 12BB ready, 12-month ZIP bundle), GST invoices (CGST/SGST/IGST, HSN/SAC codes), salary slips (loan/visa/HR-ready), payment receipts, bills of supply, and free kaccha bills.
Everything processes entirely in the user's browser using JavaScript โ zero personal data is sent to servers or stored. The site is DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR compliant by design.
Pricing is pay-per-document (โน4-9 per clean PDF, โน49 for a 12-month rent receipt bundle) via Razorpay one-time payment. No subscriptions, no email signup, no tracking cookies.
Built for NRIs, freelancers, startups, salaried employees, small retail shops, and corporate HR teams who need audit-ready documents for HR portals, banks, GST audits or ITR filing โ without handing personal data to "free" tools that monetize via signups.
A free Income Tax Calculator (Old vs New regime, FY 2026-27), GST Calculator, Section 269ST checker, HSN/SAC lookup is also included.

HRAReceipt.in's answer:
HRareceipt.in generates compliance PDFs entirely in your browser โ your name, PAN, salary, and rent details never reach our servers. No signup, no email, no cookies, no tracking. Every other free Indian rent receipt or invoice generator runs on data-collection-as-business-model: they hand you a PDF in exchange for your email, then sell or breach it later. We charge โน4-9 per document instead โ one-time via Razorpay. Kaccha bills are free.
HRAReceipt.in's answer:
Three reasons. (1) Your data stays on your device โ there is nothing for us to leak, sell, or be subpoenaed for. (2) No mailing list, no upsell calls, no cookie banner. You generate a PDF and leave. (3) Pay only for what you generate โ โน4-9 per clean document, โน49 for a 12-month rent receipt ZIP.
No subscription, no free-tier limits, no credit card on file. Compliance posture documented at hrareceipt.in/compliance.
HRAReceipt.in's answer:
Salaried Indian employees filing HRA claims for ITR, NRIs filing Indian tax returns from abroad, freelancers and consultants issuing GST invoices, small retail shops in the kaccha-bill economy, and corporate HR teams needing audit-ready bulk documents. Anyone who needs a tax-compliant PDF without surrendering personal data to a "free" tool that monetizes via signup.
HRAReceipt.in's answer:
Built because every "free" rent receipt site in India asked for an email and then sold the mailing list. Worse, your PAN and rent details sat on someone's database indefinitely. I built the opposite from day one: documents render in the browser, nothing touches a server. Bootstrapped, solo, profitable from PDF #1. The compliance side (DPDP Act 2023, full enforcement May 2027) is now a tailwind but the architecture choice was made on principle long before the regulation existed.
HRAReceipt.in's answer:
A modern web stack with all document generation happening client-side in then user's browser. The architectural choice moving the compute to the user's device rather than our server is what enables the zero data collection guarantee. Implementation specifics intentionally omitted; the user facing guarantee is what matters.
