HackathonHub โ€” the control room for hackathons, game jams, and team competitions.

Whether you run a weekend game jam or a multi-day corporate hackathon, HackathonHub takes you from registration to results โ€” no spreadsheets, no group chats, no "who's pitching next" panic.

Set up an event in minutes. Share one registration link. Run the day from a single cockpit, watch the leaderboard build itself as your jury scores, and email results and certificates in one click.

Built for every role Hosts get a white-label space (logo, app name, accent colour). Organisers run operations, jury score with auto-saving drafts, mentors leave written feedback, teams track their schedule, score, and comments, and guests spectate clutter-free.

Set up in minutes Custom registration forms, up to 3-tier weighted scoring, per-event agenda/rules/sponsors, auto-generated team logins, and a pre-filled sample event to explore before going live.

Run the live day A Live Control cockpit with pitch and Q&A timers, three projector views (leaderboard, theme reveal, now presenting), lock/unlock scoring, weighted strike penalties, and on-the-fly queue reordering โ€” all updating in real time.

Scoring that won't lose work Every keystroke survives a closed tab. Compare all your scores side by side, add per-criteria comments, and require rule acknowledgement before submission.

Submissions & communication Teams upload cover art, links, and pitch docs against a deadline. Send announcements, credentials, results, certificates, and full reports โ€” with email broadcasts in EN/AZ/RU.

Surveys & post-event Build questionnaires with QR codes and XLSX export. Auto-generate certificates, results, and analytics, with a post-close window so teams keep their feedback.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Vim Python IDE and HackathonHub.xyz.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

HackathonHub.xyz's answer:

Because you run the whole event from one place โ€” registration through final report โ€” instead of stitching together a submission site, a scoring spreadsheet, a chat for logistics, and email for certificates. The big platforms get you to "submissions collected" and leave the live day to you; that's exactly the part we handle. Your jury won't lose work or score chaotically, your event is white-labeled as yours rather than ours, and we speak your region's languages. We're the right choice if you're running a live event and want control on the day. If you just need a public submission gallery for a massive online contest, an established platform might suit you better โ€” we'd rather be honest about that than oversell.

What makes your product unique?

HackathonHub.xyz's answer:

Most platforms stop at collecting and judging submissions. We built HackathonHub around the part everyone else leaves to spreadsheets and group chats: actually running the live day. Our Live Control cockpit handles pitch and Q&A timers, queue reordering, projector screens, and real-time updates as the event happens. On top of that we give each role its own space โ€” host, organiser, jury, mentor, team, and guest โ€” including written mentor feedback teams can read afterward, which most tools skip. Our scoring is built so juries don't lose work or score inconsistently: every keystroke auto-saves, scores sit side by side for comparison, and penalties are weighted. In short, we're a control room for live events, not another submission database.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

HackathonHub.xyz's answer:

The people running the event, not the ones competing in it. Our core users are small-to-mid organisers of live events โ€” game jam hosts, hackathon organisers, university clubs, dev communities, accelerators โ€” the kind currently juggling spreadsheets and chats to pull an event off. We also serve corporate and institutional hosts who need branded events and proper reporting to justify them to sponsors or leadership. Jury, mentors, and teams use the product too, but the organiser is who we build for.

What's the story behind your product?

HackathonHub.xyz's answer:

We didn't start with a product โ€” we started with the problems. Over 5+ years of organising hackathons and game jams, we ran into the same headaches every single time: scores lost in spreadsheets, logistics buried in group chats, judges unsure who was pitching next, certificates and reports cobbled together by hand after everyone went home. We kept patching it with whatever tools were lying around, and none of them were built for the chaos of a live event. HackathonHub is what happened when we stopped patching and decided to put everything we'd learned into one platform. Every feature comes from a real moment we lived through as organisers โ€” the auto-saving scores, the live control cockpit, the role-based views, the one-click certificates and reports. It's the tool we wish we'd had at our first event, built by the people who kept running into the gaps. So the short version: five-plus years of running events, every lesson and fix assembled into a single platform โ€” so the next organiser doesn't have to learn it all the hard way like we did.

HackathonHub.xyz Reviews

  1. HackathonHub is exactly the kind of platform hackathon organisers have been waiting for.

It turns what is usually a stressful mix of spreadsheets, group chats, manual scoring, last-minute schedule changes, and certificate chaos into one clear, controlled, end-to-end system. From registration and team setup to live pitching, jury scoring, leaderboards, feedback, surveys, results, and certificates โ€” everything is managed from a single place.

What makes HackathonHub especially powerful is that it is not just a registration tool. It feels like a real command centre for hackathons, game jams, and team competitions. Organisers can control the live flow, juries can score confidently without losing their work, mentors can leave structured feedback, and teams always know what is happening next.

The live control features, real-time leaderboard, weighted scoring, multilingual email broadcasts, auto-generated team logins, certificates, and post-event analytics make it incredibly practical for both small weekend events and large corporate hackathons.

HackathonHub removes the operational noise and lets organisers focus on what really matters: creating a smooth, professional, and memorable competition experience.

A must-have platform for anyone serious about running hackathons at a high standard.

Everything we needed to run a smooth hackathon

We've been using HackathonHub XYZ to organize and manage hackathons, and it has significantly simplified the entire process. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and makes it easy to handle registrations, participant communication, project submissions, and event management from a single place.

What stood out most was how quickly we were able to get everything set up without needing extensive technical knowledge. The user experience is smooth for both organizers and participants, which helped reduce confusion and support requests during our event.

The team behind the product also appears committed to continuous improvement, regularly introducing updates and refinements. For anyone planning hackathons, innovation challenges, or developer events, HackathonHub XYZ is a practical and reliable solution that saves time and helps create a more professional experience for everyone involved.

Highly recommended for organizers looking for an all-in-one hackathon management platform.
