The platform actually began as a small security feature inside a much larger monolithic web application. Our engineer Andrea at Ansel Web Solutions noticed that the secure notes tool was incredibly popular but it was buried under unrelated link management features. We decided to perform a surgical extraction. We cloned the original architecture stripped away everything unrelated to secure routing and launched ViewAndBurn as a dedicated standalone utility.
