Basically I am also a huge fan of GTA 6 but I was seeing everywhere on social media that people are stressing about the budget and cost for GTA 6. That also made me stressful about the budget management. To overcome this problem, ViceCost was made. People can now easily manage their budget according to what they have and what more they can buy.

While that's true. They could have gone another way without breaking the dependency rules. Padding top and bottom could be relative to parent height and padding left and right could be relative to parent width. They would not be the same. But it would still make sense.
