vFairs Reviews

  1. Excellent customer service, useful platform, delivered results

The good points of vFairs were the level of detail - there was so much we could do and include in what we wanted, which was very useful. Our project managers were excellent, they provided vital customer service, helped us understand areas of the platform, offered us tips and advice and delivered a hassle-free experience. They even recognised where we had put the wrong duration time in for one of our sessions and told us so we could correct it and contact our speakers with new links to the conference, just in time! Setting up the event was easy and straightforward and the team were thorough in how to deliver information and provide us with what we needed. They listened to our feedback and tailored the event to suit what we required.
