VETR is an AI-powered proposal-management platform built specifically for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) navigating federal contracting. Unlike general-purpose proposal tools, it's engineered from day one to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) — running entirely inside AWS GovCloud (US) with in-boundary AI via Amazon Bedrock, so no proposal or RFP content ever touches an external LLM. It's also being built toward FedRAMP 20x, CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and SOC 2 in parallel, off one shared control foundation — which is unusual for an early-stage SaaS to prioritize this early.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

For federal contractors — especially veteran-owned small businesses — data handling and compliance posture matter as much as features. What's the story behind your product?

Founded by a veteran entrepreneur, VETR grew out of a firsthand view of how much friction small, veteran-owned contractors face when competing for federal work — not just in writing strong proposals, but in meeting the security and compliance bar agencies expect from any vendor touching federal data. The product was built around a "VETR scoring methodology" for proposals, with security and federal-compliance readiness (GovCloud hosting, CUI handling, FedRAMP pursuit) treated as core to the product from the start rather than bolted on later.
