Veedcrawl's answer
Veedcrawl came out of a very specific frustration: I was trying to use AI tools like OpenClaw and Minimax to build viral social media workflows, but they kept failing in the same way. The scripts they generated were usually grammatically perfect and structurally clean, but they did not perform. They sounded like polished AI writing, not like something that would actually stop a scroll on TikTok or Instagram. The problem was not that the models were bad at writing. The problem was that they had no real understanding of what was currently working in social video. They could generate language, but they could not see the hooks, pacing, creator patterns, and spoken framing that make content go viral.
I hit the same wall again when trying to build an influencer finder agent. The agent could find creator profiles and links, but it could not answer the most important question: what kind of videos does this creator actually make? It did not understand the video content itself. It could not read the transcript, inspect the metadata, or extract the themes, products, talking points, and style of the creator. That made the whole workflow weak.
Veedcrawl was built to fix that gap. It gives agents and developers a way to turn social media videos into metadata, transcripts, and structured extraction, so AI systems can understand what a creator is posting, why a video works, and how to generate better outputs grounded in real content instead of generic guesses.
Cert Decoder's answer:
I built certdecoder.com over the weekend for my own needs. Sometimes in my work, I need to verify and check certificate details.
Veedcrawl's answer
Veedcrawl is primarily built with a modern TypeScript stack.
Cert Decoder's answer:
certdecoder.com was built using just JavaScript and HTML—simple, fast, and with all processing happening locally in your browser, so no certificate data is sent to any server
Veedcrawl's answer
Veedcrawl’s primary audience is developers and technical teams building AI agents, automations, or internal tools that need to understand social media video content. That usually includes: - AI agent builders who want their agents to understand videos, social media reels , Twitter Videos and Youtube podcasts. - Growth, research, and creator-tech teams analyzing TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, or Facebook content at scale. - Startups and product teams building tools for influencer research, trend analysis, ad intelligence, UGC workflows, or video knowledge systems.
Cert Decoder's answer:
certdecoder.com is primarily built for developers, sysadmins, cybersecurity enthusiasts, and DevOps engineers.
Veedcrawl's answer
People should choose Veedcrawl if they want one reliable tool to literally give eyes and ears to their ai-agents, instead of stitching together separate tools and heavy cost models. - Broader utility: Veedcrawl covers video analysis, transcripts, hook understanding and multimodal extraction in one product, so you can go from “what is this video about?” to “why did this video got so many comments?” without changing tools and models. - Multi-platform consistency: the same API shape works across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook, which reduces integration complexity. - Built for AI workflows and Agents: structured JSON output, async jobs, and MCP support make it a better fit for agents and automations. - Better cost control: metadata is free, and transcript mode can use native captions first and only fall back to AI transcription when needed. - More than text: Veedcrawl’s extract flow is designed to reason over both transcript and sampled video frames, which is more useful for ad research, creator analysis, and UGC workflows.
Cert Decoder's answer:
Simple, fast, and reliable. Some similar tools can’t even decode basic certificates. I rigorously tested my tool with many real-world certificates and covered several edge cases where competitors fall short.

Why? Because I built certdecoder.com and couldn’t find a decent place to submit it. So I said screw it — I’ll build my own. With blackjack and hookers. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
