Valkyrie is a failed payment recovery service built specifically for Stripe subscription businesses. When a customer's payment fails, Stripe's built-in Smart Retries handle some of it automatically. But hard declines like expired cards, lost cards, wrong card numbers need the customer to actually update their payment method. That gap is where subscription revenue quietly disappears every month.
Valkyrie identifies every failed payment in your Stripe account, classifies each one, and sends a branded sequence of up to four recovery emails to your customers asking them to update their card. The sequence runs over 14 days and stops the moment a card is updated. You never pay for what Stripe already recovers on its own, Valkyrie only charges on the lift above Stripe's baseline.
The pricing model is simple: 25% of what Valkyrie actually recovers, after a 7-day hold to confirm each recovery stuck. No platform fee. No monthly minimum. No charge if nothing is recovered. Invoices go out monthly, covering all recoveries from the previous month.

Every recovery is fully traceable. The dashboard shows each failed payment, the email sequence sent, when the customer updated their card, and the exact fee charged. Nothing is bundled or hidden. Valkyrie never moves money, never changes Stripe account settings, and access can be revoked from the Stripe dashboard at any time.
