Maybe my https://uxwizz.com platform is what you are looking for? It comes with both stats and heatmaps/recordings. It is self-hosted only (so more private, but you need to run it on your own server). It is tailored more for small to medium businesses (simpler to understand interface and also optimized for up to 500k-1m monthly sessions).
