  There are tons of childcare websites and most of them require background checks. I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! Also a perk if they are CPR certified but there are tons of resources out there.   We tried care.com, urbansitter.com, a nanny agency, the doula network, a local facebook group, and word of mouth. We interviewed a bunch. The number one issue was that we were not willing to pay them under the table but needed part time help.   Yes. A Lightroom catalog file is, after all, just a SQLite database. (Srsly, make a copy of your catalog file, rename it whatever.sqlite and use your favorite SQLite GUI to rip it open and look at the tables and fields).
