CS is computer science. Also check out edx.com It is hosted by Harvard and if you pay for the course which is very little you get a certificate from them. There is also groupings of courses were you can get a business certificate. Also check out udemy.com. Wait for the specials for $10-15. Strapi is awesome, I've been a fan of the project since its early days. However, I've been closely watching Webiny too. It's easier to host because you don't have to worry about running Docker containers or installing MongoDB on your local machine.
