I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.
Hotjar might be a bit more popular than Twilio Autopilot. We know about 12 links to it since March 2021 and only 9 links to Twilio Autopilot. I have Little Snitch installed to monitor network traffic. I have Apple Private Relay turned on and have for some time. I checked my Little Snitch network monitor, and there are two times in the last week that Safari is pegged talking to twilio.com ...
