Twiggly turns everyday chores into a habit-building system that helps children grow capable and self-directed, while making home life calmer for the whole family.

Instead of a nagging cycle, kids see what's theirs to do, mark it done (optionally with a photo), and earn points toward rewards the family sets together. A parent approves with one tap and points land in the child's balance.

What makes Twiggly different from a generic chore chart:

โ€ข Built around child psychology, not just task management. The point system is designed to teach delayed gratification โ€” one of the most research-backed predictors of positive long-term outcomes. โ€ข Short parenting tips explain the child-development reason behind each type of task, so parents stay consistent. โ€ข No ads, no behavioural tracking, and no advertising identifiers. Photos are auto-deleted 30 days after a task is approved, and each family's data is isolated. โ€ข Children sign in with a family code plus a PIN on a parent's device โ€” no email is collected for kids. โ€ข Playful worlds and a growing garden keep kids engaged over time.

Designed for families with children roughly 6โ€“14. Android; iOS on the roadmap. Built by a Finnish father.

Analysis of LoopFuse

Overall verdict

  • LoopFuse was a marketing automation and lead management platform that gained attention for offering a free tier of its software, making it accessible to small businesses; however, it is important to note that LoopFuse as a standalone active product is largely defunct or has been absorbed into other offerings over the years, so its current relevance and support are questionable.

Why this product is good

  • Historically offered a free version of marketing automation tools, lowering the barrier to entry for small businesses.
  • Provided lead scoring and email marketing integration features useful for sales and marketing alignment.
  • Simple setup compared to some enterprise-level marketing automation suites.
  • Included basic CRM integration capabilities for tracking leads.

Recommended for

  • Small businesses historically seeking free or low-cost marketing automation (if still accessible).
  • Users researching legacy marketing automation tools for reference.
  • Not recommended for businesses seeking actively supported, modern marketing automation platforms.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Twiggly and LoopFuse.

What makes your product unique?

Twiggly's answer

Twiggly is built around child psychology rather than task logistics. The point system is deliberately slow: points accumulate over days toward a reward the family picks together, training delayed gratification instead of borrowing the instant tap-ping-prize loop from kids' other screens. Short built-in parenting tips explain the child-development "why" behind each task type, so parents stay consistent, and consistency is what actually works.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Twiggly's answer

Most chore apps are either banking apps with a chore tab bolted on, or games where the chores are the boring part. Twiggly is pure chore/habit building: parents approve completions by default (optionally with photo proof), so earned points actually mean something, and the reward is in the real world, not more screen time. There are no ads, no tracking, and kids don't need an email (family code + PIN).

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Twiggly's answer

Parents of children roughly 6โ€“14 who want less nagging at home and care about how their kids develop, patience, follow-through, real-world capability, and not just getting the dishes done.

What's the story behind your product?

Twiggly's answer

Twiggly was built by a Finnish father of two who went down a child-psychology rabbit hole while worrying about the instant-gratification culture his kids are growing up in. The research kept pointing to the same things, delayed gratification and consistent follow-through are among the strongest predictors of how kids do later in life; so he built an app designed around exactly that, as a solo founder.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Twiggly's answer

Twiggly is a consumer app for families, not businesses; there are no enterprise customers. It launched on Google Play in July 2026.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Twiggly's answer

Flutter (Dart) on Android, with Firebase for the backend: Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Storage. Subscriptions run through Google Play billing.
