Weโve been using TestGorilla as part of our hiring process to screen applicants before bringing them into interviews, and itโs proven quite useful. Look for flat style or geometric style vector tutorials, say on tutsplus.com . They mention what type of blend style to use for shadows and etc and you generally need to make all that using simple shapes. As for how to make it look good, that is another question. What I had in mind was using either SHL-style aptitude tests, or third party assessments like testgorilla.com rather than a take-home exercise that I'd be moderating.
