What's the story behind your product?

Tube Archivarix grew out of Archivarix.com — a long-running web archiving service. While restoring sites for clients we kept hitting the same problem: no good way to search YouTube content that had been deleted, region-blocked, or removed. The Wayback Machine had the data but no useful query interface for it.

We started indexing archived YouTube metadata in 2024, then layered full-text search, AI-generated summaries, and audio transcription. The MCP server came in 2026 once Anthropic published the protocol — it lets AI agents query our index directly as a tool.
