Go to rent.com, trulia.com, and try to rent from a person who owns their apartment/condo vs. Renting from a management company. The owner may use rental management, but they are the ones to call the shots and ultimately make final decisions. If you're hell-bent on headless, I can personally recommend 11ty (https://www.11ty.dev/) and hugo (https://gohugo.io/). That said, for non-technical admins, you probably want a user interface.
