Esdecode is an online marketplace for buying and selling source code and developer-focused digital products.
The marketplace includes PHP and Laravel scripts, WordPress plugins, JavaScript applications, mobile app source code, website templates, SaaS starter kits, self-hosted software, and other development assets.
Product listings can include technical requirements, screenshots, live demos, documentation, changelogs, licensing information, support terms, product-version details, and seller information.
Buyers can compare software products and purchase downloadable source-code packages. Developers can create seller profiles and publish their own scripts, plugins, applications, templates, and other software products.
esdecode also provides buying guides, verified-purchase reviews, seller trust information, product-security information, and free tools such as the Seller Earnings Calculator.

esdecode's answer:
esdecode is focused specifically on source code and developer assets rather than general digital products. It combines detailed technical requirements, licensing information, product versions, seller transparency, verified purchase reviews, buyer protection, and product security information in one marketplace. It also provides practical tools such as the open-source Seller Earnings Calculator to help developers evaluate fees and potential revenue before selling.
esdecode's answer:
People should choose esdecode because it is built specifically for buying and selling source code, not general digital products. Listings focus on the technical details buyers actually need, including requirements, licensing, documentation, version history, demos, support terms, and seller information. esdecode also adds stronger trust signals through verified purchase reviews, seller verification, buyer protection, and product security information, while giving developers practical tools such as the open-source Seller Earnings Calculator.
esdecode's answer:
The primary audience of esdecode includes software developers, freelancers, agencies, startup founders, and digital-product creators who want to buy or sell ready-made source code. It is especially relevant to people looking for scripts, plugins, SaaS starter kits, mobile app source code, templates, and self-hosted software that can be customised, deployed, or used as a foundation for client and commercial projects.
esdecode's answer:
esdecode was created to make buying and selling source code more transparent and trustworthy. Many existing marketplaces focus heavily on volume, while buyers often struggle to judge code quality, licensing, technical requirements, seller credibility, and long-term support before purchasing.
The idea behind esdecode was to build a marketplace focused specifically on developer assets, with clearer product information, stronger trust signals, practical review processes, and tools that help both buyers and sellers make better decisions. The goal is to give developers a more reliable place to discover, evaluate, buy, and sell source code, plugins, applications, templates, SaaS starter kits, and self-hosted software.
esdecode's answer:
esdecode is primarily built with PHP and Laravel for the backend, a relational database for marketplace data, Redis for caching and background jobs, and modern JavaScript technologies for the user interface. The platform also uses Docker and Nginx for deployment, Cloudflare for performance and security, and Stripe for payment processing.
esdecode's answer:
esdecode is still an early-stage marketplace, so it does not publicly claim major enterprise customers or large recognised brands. Its current users are primarily independent developers, freelancers, small software agencies, startup founders, and digital-product creators who buy or sell source code and developer assets.

I continued studying online while juggling my work at the agency. Some excellent resources I found were Brad Traversy's YouTube channel, Curso em Vรญdeo, the Tree House platform, and some instructors on Udemy, where I collected dozens of courses. I consumed these sources as a hobby and only when there was a need for a project at the agency. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
